26 novembre 2022 – POS e sanzioni: novità dalla legge di bilancio
Per i commercianti l’obbligo di accettazione di pagamenti POS si applicherà a partire da importi superiori a 30 euro. La modifica è contenuta nella bozza al disegno di legge di bilancio 2023. Fermate le sanzioni, in vigore dallo scorso 30 giugno.
